Services

One coordinated financial life.

Investment management and financial planning are not separate projects here. They are one ongoing service designed to help you make informed decisions and delegate the work required to carry them out.

01 Investment management

Evidence before opinion

A portfolio built for the job your money needs to do.

Investment decisions begin with your goals, time horizon, need for return, ability to take risk, tax situation, and future cash-flow needs. The portfolio is designed and monitored within that broader plan.

Portfolio design

Asset allocation and diversification grounded in evidence, expected tradeoffs, and the role each account plays.

Account coordination

Asset location, tax characteristics, liquidity, and distribution needs considered across the household rather than account by account.

Ongoing discipline

Rebalancing, tax-loss harvesting, cash management, and withdrawals considered when appropriate as markets and your life change.

Clear judgment

Gio retains final investment judgment and explains the reasoning behind the decisions that matter.

02 Financial planning

Planning as a living process

The plan changes when your life does.

Financial planning is how we identify decisions early, compare the tradeoffs, and keep the different parts of your financial life moving in the same direction.

01

Retirement income

Turn accounts and benefits into a coordinated approach to spending, withdrawals, Social Security, Medicare, and long-term cash flow.

02

Tax-aware planning

Look ahead for decisions involving gains, losses, Roth conversions, charitable giving, account location, and withdrawal sequencing, in coordination with your tax professional.

03

Executive benefits

Bring equity compensation, retirement plans, deferred compensation, insurance, and concentrated positions into the broader plan.

04

Business-owner planning

Connect business cash flow, retirement plans, personal investments, risk decisions, and eventual transition planning.

05

Risk & insurance

Review the role of life, disability, long-term care, liability, and other protection within the complete financial picture.

06

Estate & legacy coordination

Help organize beneficiary, titling, charitable, and estate-planning decisions for implementation with your attorney and other professionals.

Where coordination matters

Connected decisions should be made together.

A retirement date can affect portfolio risk, tax brackets, healthcare, Social Security, and cash reserves.

A business distribution can affect estimated taxes, retirement-plan funding, liquidity, and investment timing.

A charitable gift can affect appreciated assets, deductions, estate goals, and the way future spending is funded.
